We would appreciate your feedback on this service! Please send your comments via e-mail to:where added mail-address as picture (as prevent spam maybe). And, yes, community can be also helpful and useful With my experience this URL: common description for F-Secure Router Checker And there available next part of page:Giving Feedback Yes, such situations possible there (when support-request with no result) but it should not be like that But I also have such experience. Sorry if I wrong understand your reply - but my meanings was about something as "creating letter to this certain mail-address" (as direct?! contact for F-Secure Router Checker team) with your information and query (what if they able to create some proper advices) Īlso (with provided URL) there available legacy tool -> "Legacy Tool: DNSChecker" - which maybe can not be too much useful (but as try - you able to check it) At least, under community was something as potential point to research (trouble, which asked by user) - but I not sure if there was something as investigation and it not quite good. With my own view - situation, when some tools give a notification that there can be troubles (DNS hijack), but with F-Secure Router Checker there all OK -> it something which can be as useful feedback for improve such service. PS: the router checker from the mbile version of the Avast doesn't show any problem. I will upload 3 pictures showing those problems.ĭo you guys think that the router could be the culprit?Īlso, any reccomedations for me to do right now? I remember that in the past, when the check was incomplete, it would tell em that the country was from US (no, I'm not from US). F-Secure Router Checker: the website returns 2 different answers: check incomplete and no issues wrere found (just keep testing using the same website and both answers will come, and it keep changing a lot).

F SECURE ROUTER CHECK UPDATE
Avast: Told me that the router have an medium problem, called EDB-ID-15666, and to fix it, I must either update the firmware, or change the router, but unfortunately, there's no new firmware, and right now I can't change the router. I forgot that the router can also be culprit, so I check using Avast and F-Secure Router Checker: I started to keep my eyes open for the reason of the (possible) account compromise.
